Refund and Returns Policy

We will ship online orders within 3 -5 working days from the date of transaction, customers will receive a dispatch notification to their registered mobile number upon dispatch of the order.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for discounted items.

If an item has any defect or damage, a free replacement will be sent to you. However, if the item is not in stock, you have the option of selecting a new item of the same value or opting for a refund.


– Returns are accepted within 14 days from the order receipt date
– Company can only accept returns for purchases made on our website
– Company will not accept return items that has been worn, washed or altered in anyway
– Any applicable courier charges to be incurred by the customer


– You have 7 days from the delivery date to exchange your Fashion Edge online purchase
– Exchanges can only be made for different sizes or different colors of the same item
– Any applicable courier charges to be incurred by the customer
– Your request for an exchange will be processed within 14days of receiving the garment
– Exchange code will be given for your request
– Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags and packaging must remain in place
– Once the items have been received, they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, your exchange code will be activated for online purchase
– The exchange option will not be available if the purchased item is no longer available and will arrange a refund of purchase price via the payment method used during your purchase


– We aim to process all refunds within 3 working days of receiving your parcel at our warehouse
– Refunds can only be made to the card used for the original order
– You will receive a refund confirmation via email once the refund process is completed
– Refunds will usually clear into your account within 3-5 working days however this can vary between banks

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 14 E L Senanayake Veediya, Kandy.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

– We will arrange the courier free of charge in the unlikely event that any items you have ordered from us are damaged or defective, or if the item delivered, is different from what you had ordered
– If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange on the item
– Change of delivery address cannot be accommodated once the package has been shipped
